Three Ways To Lucid Dream
1) Deep Sleep Immersion
Deep sleep immersion is sleep in which the dreamer is completely enveloped within the dream to a point that he(or she) believes the dream is real life. This complete immersion sends the body into a state of euphoric shock that releases high amounts of serotonin allowing the dreamer to become aware. Becoming aware within a dream this way will allow the dreamer to full, hear, and taste just as they would within the physical realm but slightly different. This is by far the easiest way to lucid dream and can be done coherently but is often inconsistent without being able to
2) Sleeping Fully Awake
This method of lucid dreaming requires previous dream experience. The most important thing to do when trying to become fully aware you are in a dream is to attempt to pay close attention to the dream scenario. Often times our dreams repeat or at least show us distinct pieces of a previous dream. The dreamer is able to become aware after seeing a distinct object, environment, or person within the dream and this allows them to take Full control over their dreams. This is the most powerful method of lucid dreaming but requires a very strong awareness of the subconscious mind.
3) Out Of Body Experience ( OOBE )
An Out Of Body Experience occurs when the spirit of the dreamer leaves its physical body, or when the dreamer sees metaphysical (non-physical) beings within the physical realm. There are two distinct ways these scenarios may come about. 1-The dreamer can attempt to Astral Project while lying in meditation. This requires the dreamer to have control over the vibrations of their body and an immense amount of will-power. 2- The dreamer will lay down in meditation until a sense of euphoria overcomes them and they begin to see visions of the metaphysical nature.
